• What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Enter, support, and maintain provider data from multiple sources for all lines of business
• Process inquiries from internal and external customers, providing timely solutions
• Ensure accuracy of provider data in multiple systems and respond to inquiries accordingly
• Conduct thorough investigations of data discrepancies, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Continuously seek process improvement opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in the insurance industry
• At least two years of work experience in data entry, changes, and maintenance
• Knowledge of insurance principles and databases
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with a high degree of accuracy

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate's degree or related experience
• Ability to learn software and appropriate standards related to CMS and NCQA
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with a broad spectrum of customers
