What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to healthcare professionals using the employer’s scheduling software
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions or escalate when necessary
• Learn and maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and updates
• Document support issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English - native or bilingual)
• Calm, patient, and resourceful, especially when customers are facing technical challenges
• Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or SaaS environments
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently during evening and weekend shifts
