About The Role


We are seeking a personable and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and effective service to our customers, ensuring each interaction upholds our values and service standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable using various office and banking tools to support daily operations. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and coworkers throughout the day

  • Operate standard office and bank equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and phone systems

  • Utilize required software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to complete tasks and communicate effectively

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a clear and professional manner

  • Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Support daily branch operations and assist team members as needed

  • Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and regulatory guidelines

  • Represent the bank in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all customer and team interactions

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Ability to operate standard office and bank-related equipment

Customer-focused with a friendly, helpful attitude

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
