What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide effective customer service to all internal and external customers using in-depth knowledge of company products
- Identify customer needs and respond with urgency and efficiency
- Field and transfer calls to the appropriate departments quickly
- Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to address escalated technical issues
- Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management while following established guidelines
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience (2-3 years related experience preferred)
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
