About the job
Our Training team is one of the fastest growing areas within UWM, which houses some of our most talented team members. Our Training Coordinator will partner with teams throughout the business to provide necessary communication around the reservation of training room resources and training materials to support a successful training experience for our team members. We are looking for a team member who can dig deep with business leaders to determine training needs then create a plan to accomplish those training needs. The Training Coordinator will be expected to create, organize, and maintain training reservations and process documentation, using our internal programs. The Coordinator we’re looking for is responsible for communicating at a high level and should possess strong communication and computer skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and build strong relationships with the various training teams across the business
- Restock training supplies in training rooms across campus and ensure training supply closets are organized and supplies are easy to find
- Order training supplies and materials through our vendors
- Print roster information for training classes and update learner attendance within our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist with coordination duties for New Hire Experience on Monday mornings to welcome new team members
- Work with various Leaders across the business to reserve training rooms
- Create and build sessions in our Learning Management System (LMS) for:
- Corporate Training classes
- Team building activities
- Escape Rooms
- Facilitate team building and escape room sessions as needed
- Coordinate and communicate with leaders throughout the business on upcoming companywide initiatives and their impact on our resources
Must Have Qualifications:
Nice To Have Qualifications
- Experience in a mortgage-related role
- Experience in Coordination, which could include the ability to efficiently organize, manage, and synchronize tasks, resources, and people to achieve team goals and ensure smooth operations within a project or organization
- Previous training experience
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices
