Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, outgoing individual to join our Butterball Gift Check Program sales team. This position includes completing outbound calls to secure business with existing customers and grow new business opportunities to reach our sales goal.
Candidate Requirements:
- Sales Driven: Competitive spirit and determination to close sales opportunities. Understands selling strategy and sales process to meet customer needs and complete successful sales cycle.
- Organized: Works well in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. Has strong time management skills and possesses the ability to keep track of numerous clients at different stages in the sales process.
- Communication Skills: Effective and efficient communicator. Candidate must be able to develop customer relationships, maintain rapport while resolving issues effectively and timely.
- Team Oriented: Assist in preparing weekly reports for sales and leadership meetings.
- Professional and Ethical: Must have a strong work ethic, work well as a team and independently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Personable, strong customer service skills, fast learner, detail oriented, performs well under pressure and thinks quick on their feet.
