Primary Purpose
MVB, an adaptive and trusted partner on the financial frontier, is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst Intern to support projects and initiatives primarily focused on project leadership and data science.

Exposures
- Intern will perform various data tasks including engineering, analytics, and validation.
- Gain an understanding of Enterprise Apps operations/activities
- Perform assigned duties assigned as a result of the Data Strategy Project or as assigned by Sr. EBA or Department Head
- Clerical administrative tasks include, but are not limited to, responding to emails in a timely manner, entering pertinent information into various systems, and communicating with internal stakeholders, as needed.
- Learn and become proficient with internal software systems as needed e.g. Snowflake, Python.
- Exposure and opportunity to understand the overall concept of the company, including the business model, customer, goals, and internal stakeholder relationships (IT, PMO and other departments as needed)
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements
- Junior or Senior undergraduate majoring in computer science.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and written communication.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement and data tools (Power BI preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
