Sales Development Program Participant Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales Development Program, a 90-day intensive training program designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful sales career. This program provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement, with a structured combination of classroom learning and field training.Sales Development Program Participant Responsibilities
- Attend 6-10 office hours per week for training on sales curriculum, industry concepts, and sales techniques.
- Engage in 30 hours per week of field training, including job site canvassing, client pitching, follow-ups, contract signings, and roof inspections.
- Actively participate in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and transactions.
Sales Development Program Participant Position Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new sales strategies.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
