Description
Quantic X-Microwave provides an innovative modular building block ecosystem of RF and Microwave frequency components for rapid prototyping and a quicker path to final production products which are used in demanding military and defense applications.
The Sales Associate’s primary role is to support the Sales Department through direct interaction with customers by handling incoming calls, responding to email and website quotation requests as well as entering data into our accounting and tracking software programs. Customer Service duties include responding to customer order status requests and answering easy technical questions with the assistance of the engineering department. Additionally, responsible for adding new parts and correcting issues on the website as needed.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer Requests for Quote
Interact with customers to provide updates on Sales Order Status
Assist in Website Content updates, additions and changes
Participate in additional projects/activities to support ongoing business needs
Assist in managing Salesforce database to track opportunities and forecast sales
Answer incoming calls, provide information, transfer calls and/or take messages as necessary
