Market Track, LLC dba Numerator seeks Product Manager in Chicago, IL. Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure work aligns with strategic priorities and delivers value by focusing on resource allocation, project prioritization, and risk management. Oversee data analysis to ensure the analytics team delivers accurate and actionable insights. Play a role in strategic planning by using insights from the analytics team to inform business strategy and drive innovation. Oversee the daily creation of tickets and backlog management for both analytics and engineering teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate new data sources into Numerator products. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to revise and upkeep product documentation for both new and existing features. Strategize sprints, facilitate standup meetings, and conduct sessions for refining tickets. Supervise the complete product lifecycle, spanning from conceptualization to deployment, and conduct acceptance testing on features prior to release to ensure accurate implementation. Responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Requires a Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience with data analysis using advanced SQL to turn raw datasets into interpretable information to identify issues. Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, support project workflow measurement, and manage individual workflows. Experience utilizing insights from data analysis to identify emerging business needs and work with cross-functional teams. Experience analyzing datasets to identify business issues, communicate findings to technical engineering teams, and contribute to the resolution of production-level data challenges to enhance reporting accuracy. Experience identifying data-related issues through ad hoc analysis of large multi-million-row datasets. Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau and Mode. Experience with consumer, retail, or eCommerce datasets. Telecommuting is available for this position.
