Grade: Educational Grade 5 | EG-5

Position Summary: The Manager of College and Career Pathways leads the implementation, expansion, and continuous improvement of high-quality Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs across Tulsa Public Schools. Reporting to the Director of Postsecondary Readiness,


this role is responsible for ensuring that all CTE programs are aligned to labor market needs, integrated with academic content, and compliant with Oklahoma State Department of Career Tech requirements. The Manager provides direct support to schools through coaching, curriculum review, and pathway development, ensuring students are prepared for high-skill, high-wage, and in-demand careers. This position works closely with site leaders, district staff, postsecondary institutions, and industry partners to ensure students graduate with credentials and experiences that lead to college and career success.


Education


Minimum Qualifications:


 Bachelor’s Degree

 Master’s Degree preferred


Experience


 Experience working in a PK-16 environment, with 3 years’ Career Tech work experience

 Experience working in dynamic, high-performing work environments

 Experience organizing and analyzing postsecondary access and success data, including


using common portals such as CTIMS, CTYou, and specialized certification portals, etc.


Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.


 Possess or ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma Teacher’s Certificate

 Familiarity with local, state-wide, and national Career Tech best practices, resources, technologies, partners, and research

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite

 Bilingual in Spanish preferred
