Job Description
Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to marketing department activities. Maintains files, logs, records of events and activities, purchase orders and other marketing-project specific documentation. Supports the planning and implementation of projects handled by individuals or teams in the department related to product marketing, marketing communication, advertising and promotion campaigns, event planning, public relations, and product promotion documents for presentation online or in marketing collateral. May assist event planning team with travel and delivery of presentation sets, booth collateral, vendor services coordination, etc. Little or no knowledge of the job, acquires job skills and procedures to complete routine tasks. Has little judgement and decision making under close supervision. Typically less than 1 year of experience.
