What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including insole, shoe repair, and shoe protection partners
- Execute and implement partnership strategies and tactics across DSW US stores
- Lead and manage projects to support the rollout of new store partnerships and initiatives
- Monitor partnership results and recommend solutions to enhance day-to-day business
- Act as a liaison between DSW US stores and external partners, fostering collaboration and problem-solving
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3+ years of operations or corporate office experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze metrics and influence results
- Proficiency with technology, including MS Office and Adobe Suite
- Effective communication skills with all levels of management
- Self-motivation with the ability to drive tasks with broad supervision
