What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

•  Support the reduction of Accounts Receivables for the Patient Financial Services department
•  Assist patients directly with their billing inquiries and financial aspects of their care
•  Facilitate account resolution by correcting billing errors and handling denials
•  Timely identify and resolve issues that may delay payment or account resolution
•  Collaborate with peers and revenue cycle departments to improve collections

What Is Required (Qualifications)

•  High School diploma
•  1-2 years of experience in healthcare insurance billing or account follow-up
•  Strong knowledge of Patient Accounting systems
•  Strong customer service skills
•  Ability to work effectively in a team environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

 Prior experience with Medicaid and Charity Care

 Bilingual in Spanish and English
