About the role
We're doubling down on industry events as a growth channel and are looking for an Event Marketing Manager to elevate our presence.
In this role, you will manage the full execution of our event participation strategy. This includes identifying high-impact trade shows and regional conferences, coordinating participation, activating customer involvement, handling post-event follow-up, and full integration with other marketing channels.
You will also plan and run virtual events, webinars, and user summits. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to get more people to come and join.
SwiftComply is a fast-growing but lean organization, so there will be lots of opportunities to stretch yourself and demonstrate leadership cross-functionally across other marketing functions.

What you'll do
- Plan, manage, and execute SwiftComply’s presence at industry events, making sure everything from booth setup to on-site schedules runs smoothly and leave the right impression
- Lead virtual event programs such as webinars and quarterly user summits, from logistics through execution and follow-up
- Manage all event logistics, including sponsorships, vendor coordination, contract management, and day-of execution
- Build strong relationships with event partners and industry associations to support high-quality, on-brand execution
- Collaborate with sales and customer success on event strategy, targeting, and pre- and post-event engagement
- Identify and activate customer participation opportunities, such as co-presenting, speaking, or booth involvement
- Partner with marketing to promote events through campaigns and social media, particularly LinkedIn
- Research new event opportunities that align with our target audience and growth strategy
- Track and report on event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact
Who you are
We are looking for candidates who:
- 3+ years of experience managing event logistics and execution, ideally in a B2B or tech environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful with a bias toward action
- Clear communicator, calm under pressure, and confident working with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams and levels of seniority
- Experience working with Hubspot as a marketing and CRM platform
- Bonus: experience in government, water, or compliance sectors
- Bonus: experience using social media to support event participation and brand visibility
- Bonus: domain expertise in cross-functional marketing disciplines including product marketing, branding and graphic design, content and digital.
