Lawn Doctor of Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville is looking to hire a Director of Marketing. We are a growing company that offers a great employee environment and culture. Lawn Doctor is a franchise that has been around for over 55 years, in the Charleston area location for over 30 years. The franchise has proven market strategies and constantly adapts as the economy and market changes. We need someone to oversee the marketing operations and help drive sales and profit.

• College degree preferred, associate or bachelor
• Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
• $45,000 base salary + bonus potential
• Familiarity with the EOS operation system is a plus
• Dental and vision coverage
• Travel1-2 times a year, usually 3 days or less for company-based training conferences

Job Responsibilities;

• The management of strategic market analysis, attention to detail
• Lead Generation
• SEO content creation
• Refine and improve the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, the analytical ability that drives strategic decisions
• Track campaign effectiveness
• Work strategically with the sales team to coordinate marketing efforts with sales efforts and strategies
• Manage the marketing budget and negotiate marketing spends
• Communicating with team the marketing plan for the year

Communicating with customer base, customer focus, and the ability to identify changing customer trends

Drive growth through brand awareness, lead generation
