About The Role
As a Data Analyst at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will play a key role in analyzing current business processes and developing solutions to improve efficiency. This is an on-site position, ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You’ll use your analytical skills and technical expertise to drive automation and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manual business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Define problem scopes and evaluate potential solutions
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies
- Utilize Excel and VBA to automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency
- Query data and create detailed reports to support business objectives
- Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency in VBA or similar programming languages
- Experience creating data queries and reports
- Strong communication and presentation skills
