Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by providing accurate information
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions in the support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open cases and service requests
- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product knowledge
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
