Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding issues until resolution is achieved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
