Role Definition
This is a Salesforce Business Analyst role. The role is part of the IT team, but is expected to actively collaborate with the product owners and direct business on a daily basis.
This role is targeting candidates with Salesforce experience. A Salesforce Business Analyst partners with the business to improve processes and facilitate efficiencies. A Salesforce BA delivers on projects to identify and address business challenges and creates data-driven solutions. Assists with developing functional requirements for business systems; tests, training and implements applications.
Responsibilities
- Supports customer processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications.
- Monitor application operations and troubleshoot problems, as necessary.
- Translate client's requirements to functional documentation; assist with technical designs and test plan.

IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Level Basic Understanding:
Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Level Basic Understanding:
System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
