The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the Marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the pharmacy benefit management sector. This role involves coordinating with various departments and contributing to the execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and client engagement.
Schedule M-F 8:30am-5:00pm onsite in Nashville, TN
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns focused on our product offerings
• Coordinate and implement website updates, including campaign pages, content, and product updates.
• Manage social media accounts including posting, engagement and analytics
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project management.
• Generate regular marketing reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for sales and client success teams, showcasing marketing strategies, campaign results, and market insights.
• Maintain and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management and marketing effectiveness.
• Assist in tracking marketing requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain and develop multiple projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to create partnerships with all departments throughout the organization
• Proficient in Word Press and experience with other website plug ins
• Graphic design layout skills using Adobe Suite
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
