The Role
Our Business Recruiting team is fast-paced and performance-driven. Everyone owns their growth here. We're looking for someone who’s great at hiring top talent, ideally in a tech/product environment, and knows how to scale teams while keeping culture + candidate experience strong.
What You’ll Do

Partner w/ hiring managers to align on roles and hiring goals

Run high volume full-cycle recruiting (source > close) for Business/Post Sales teams

Build + maintain strong top-of-funnel pipelines

Meet + beat recruiting KPIs
-
Keep pipelines warm w/ both active and passive candidates
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ yrs recruiting in a fast-paced setup (SaaS/Tech/Post Sales is a plus)

Hands-on experience w/ ATS (Greenhouse etc)
-
Strong people skills, love working in a team
-
Good understanding of the PK talent market

Proven ability to build trust w/ hiring managers

Detail-oriented, organized, and ok with working fast

Can work solo and in a team
-
Used to remote work and still hit KPIs consistently

Remote role but may need to show up at office if needed

Hours: 12–9pm PKT, Mon–Fri
