Hiring: Resume Critiquer (Work From Home – PK)

• Location: Remote (Pakistan)

  Job Summary:
  We’re hiring a Resume Writer / Critiquer to help clients build strong, job-winning resumes. You’ll be writing resumes from scratch, fixing up existing ones, and giving honest feedback based on hiring trends. The goal is to make sure every resume stands out and works well with ATS (applicant tracking systems).

  What You’ll Do:

  • Write resumes based on info clients give you

  • Edit and improve existing resumes (structure, wording, format, ATS stuff)

  • Review resumes and give clear, useful feedback

  • Talk to clients by phone or email when needed

  What You Need:

  • Strong English (written + spoken)

  • 3+ yrs experience writing resumes professionally

  • Know how to write for different roles (entry-level to exec)

  • Good at formatting and making resumes ATS-friendly

  • Resume writing certs are a plus (CPRW, NRWA, CDI, etc)

  • Solid customer service skills—friendly, clear, helpful
