We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Marketing Intern to support our growing team in executing day-to-day initiatives and gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of marketing and communications. You will gain real-work marketing experience in a professional setting, exposure to B2B and B2C strategies in both insurance and wealth management, and mentorship from experienced marketing professionals. You will also have opportunities to build your personal portfolio with a wide variety of projects.



Job-Specific Responsibilities


  • You will work closely with our Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist on a variety of projects including:
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters.
  • Supporting webinar logistics (invites, follow-ups, coordination, and promotion).
  • Helping manage our podcast process: scheduling, editing support, promotion.
  • Creating and editing short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Supporting event marketing and community outreach initiatives.
  • Creating and proofreading marketing content and graphics as needed.
  • Helping organize marketing assets and maintain brand consistency.
  • Taking on additional projects based on interest and team priorities.



Minimum Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or another related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction, while also showing initiative.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during the Summer of 2025.



Preferred Skills (Not Required): 


  • Experience with social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube).
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Constant Contact or similar).
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video/audio editing tools.
