Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the organization's social media presence, including content creation and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct media outreach to build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Analyze communication metrics and feedback to improve strategies and tactics continuously..
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of communication strategies and trends.
- Experience in media relations and ability to write press releases and other media materials effectively.
