What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze, develop, and maintain secure software applications using the latest Microsoft technologies
- Perform routine programming assignments under the supervision of a manager
- Monitor applications and ensure automated processes operate as expected
- Troubleshoot and fix issues within the current suite of software applications
- Collaborate with team members in problem-solving and algorithm design
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or equivalent experience (high school diploma required if equivalent experience)
- Experience in software development and working with source control
- Understanding of object-oriented software design patterns and relational database design
- Familiarity with web-based APIs and Agile/Scrum practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Basic understanding of containerization
- Passion for ownership and empathy towards customers
- Ability to test data API endpoints
- Experience in researching and evaluating solutions for problem resolution
- Willingness to ask questions and learn continuously
