Web Designer:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute visual concepts for projects.
• Develop innovative and engaging visual content.
• Translate client briefs and ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Create storyboards, mock-ups, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual communication and design.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative solutions and recommendations.
• Ensure that all visual content produced meets quality standards and project deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects, including source files and design assets.
• Investigating user experience design requirements for our projects.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the company.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience of 1-3 years.
• Proven experience as a Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and understanding of UX/UI design. Experience of eCommerce/IT industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail , Aesthetically Creative and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and problem-solve independently.
• Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
