Contract: Full-time | Rotating shifts including evenings/weekends
Languages: German (C2) + English (B2 or higher)

About The Opportunity
Were looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team of a leading tech company in Malta. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in an international environment, and wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced digital space.
Youll work on a hybrid schedule, supporting users via email and chat, while also playing a role in keeping online platforms safe through content moderation.
What Youll Be Doing
Customer Support (70%)
- Assist users with account or product questions via email and chat (no phone calls!)
- Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English
- Use tools and internal resources to provide accurate, efficient support
Content Review (30%)
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform standards
- Identify and report harmful or inappropriate material
- Help maintain a safe and respectful online space
️ What You Bring
- Fluent German (C2)
- Intermediate English (B2) for tools, training, and internal communication
- Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, web-based tools)
- Strong attention to detail and written communication
- No prior experience required well provide full training
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends/evenings)
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
