Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join an innovative publishing and content distribution company located in Morrisville, NC. The Customer Experience Associate will support holiday book retail from October 6th to January 30th, helping customers with orders, website navigation, and billing, while meeting service metrics.
Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate include:
- Seasonal position supporting book retail during the holiday season
- Assist customers with locating orders, navigating the website, and resolving billing questions
- Performance will be measured by ticket resolution volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications for the Customer Experience Associate include:
- 1+ years of customer support experience (SaaS preferred)
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., FreshDesk)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Must sit in the RDU area
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Compensation for the Customer Experience Associate include:
- Hourly rate: $18-$20/hr (3 Months)
