Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Web Developer - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in advancing the intelligence of next-generation AI models. In this unique position, you’ll leverage your real-world experience as a web and full-stack developer to teach, train, and evaluate AI systems on topics essential to modern software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate code samples to ensure accuracy, readability, and optimal performance.
• Craft detailed training prompts around responsive design principles, API integration, and end-user testing methodologies.
• Demonstrate and document best practices in UI/UX, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
• Assess and improve dataset quality from a web development perspective, ensuring comprehensive coverage of real-world scenarios.
• Translate complex development processes and workflows into accessible, high-quality training data for AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of code quality and training material clarity.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance AI understanding of development tools, frameworks, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Web Developer, Full-Stack Developer, or related role.
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend technology such as Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency with version control systems, automated testing frameworks, and modern deployment pipelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for thorough documentation.
• Advanced analytical skills for code review, debugging, and data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices in web development, UI/UX, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with real-time collaboration and agile workflows in remote environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools or prompt engineering in technical environments.
• Background in technical writing, mentoring, or open-source community engagement.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web security standards, or scalable server architecture.
