We are now looking for a Career Kitchen Young Talent in Trade Marketing departments to join our Career Kitchen young talent program in Istanbul. Main Responsibilities
As a Trade Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of strategy & execution, learning how brands come to life in-store and on-shelf:
- Support the Trade Marketing team in promo planning, perfect store execution, and channel strategy
- Track and analyze sales performance, campaign ROI, and market trends
- Assist in preparing launch decks, channel toolkits, and category reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Agencies
- Take part in field visits and real-life projects to learn from the ground up
- Learn how to turn data into action—and action into results
The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or a fresh graduate
- Strong organization and analytical thinking skills
- A creative, flexible, and collaborative team player
- Able to work at least 3 days a week
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning and development
