Position Description
We are looking for our new manager intern aspiring to lead projects, with a deep sense of accountability, and good organizational skills.
You are looking for a challenging opportunity to gain valuable skills in Entrepreneurship, Management and Leadership while having a lot of responsibilities?
You are keen on developing and leading a team and at the same time working on your own initiative and achieving multiple goals within deadlines. You embody a growth mindset and a proactive and dedicated approach.
This full-time internship takes place in Sicily and starts in August/October 2025.
Requirements
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Good organisational skills
- Studies in Business, Economics or similar field
- Excellent English skills spoken as well as written
- Know how to prioritise tasks
- Analytical mindset
- Motivation to learn continuously and drive projects forward
- Strategic thinking skill
- Responsible and committed work attitude
- Prior work experience is an advantage
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in their work
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Assisting and supporting the CEO in various projects
- Strategic planning and organisation of teams
- Contribution to decision-making
- Leading projects and departments
- Corporate communications and problem-solving
- Managing our Project Management tool
