This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the Infront Security Operations Team. This is a full-time position, and the successful applicant will be required to work a combination of day and night shifts based on operational requirements. This position is comprised of supervisory duties, rostering duties and Security Officer duties, with opportunities for advancement within the company.
Main Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Conduct random audits of onsite Security personnel and take corrective action where required
- Respond to any complaints and escalate as required
- Roster staff at short notice using a computer based rostering system
- Respond to incident reports compiled by staff
- Conduct Security Site Inductions in accordance with Client requirements
- Ensure compliance with all WHS obligations
- Provide detailed end of shift reports
- Be conversant with all client SOPs
- Perform regular Security Officer duties on various sites
Requirements
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task and work autonomously. You must be a self-motivated people person, with good problem-solving abilities and supervisory experience.
To be considered for the role you will possess the following:
- A current QLD Security Licence
- A current QLD Drivers Licence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of IR systems and processes
- Great trouble shooting and problems solving skills
- Good honest work ethics
- Staff rostering experience
- Be a people person
- Work well under pressure
- Capable of undertaking the physical patrol and guarding requirements for all sites (e.g. prolonged standing, foot patrol and driving long distances)
