What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on alerts from the fraud detection system
• Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to clients
• Assist in the completion of lost/stolen reports and block compromised accounts
• Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
• Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
• Must complete a background check including criminal, drug, and credit checks
• Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
• Must have a minimum internet speed of 50mbs download and 15mbps upload via ethernet connection

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous work experience in fraud, banking, or dispatch-related fields
