The Role
As Regional Marketing Manager for the Emergency Care product group in the Medical division, you will lead a team of four marketers supporting eight APAC markets. You will set the strategic vision and guide the team to deliver on it, creating a market-leading portfolio across a complex and diverse region. This is not a role where you simply execute — you will define the direction, backed by a high-performing global team.

What You Will Do
Develop and lead the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy, covering market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution. Drive commercial performance through strong business acumen and decision-making. Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team. Partner with country leaders, sales teams, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth. Oversee product lifecycle management, including pricing, segmentation, and new product introductions. Manage budgets, track performance, and deliver measurable business results.
