What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, managing a high volume of inbound calls for various healthcare inquiries

- Schedule patient visits and verify insurance eligibility while providing excellent customer service
- Leverage critical thinking to resolve complex patient issues efficiently and effectively

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of related healthcare or customer service experience
- Typing test required with a minimum speed of 35 wpm and 90% accuracy
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position, maintaining constant alertness
- No supervisory experience required

- Knowledge of insurance processes and healthcare terminology
