Who are we?
Teachers Health, was created by teachers for teachers over 65 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of more than 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.

This role starts on Monday 13th October 2025. While you're in training, your shift will be between 8:30AM - 5:00PM. Once the classroom training is over, your scheduled hours will be seven hours per day, and shift scheduling will vary between 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 10:00am - 6:00pm Friday.
What do you need?
This can be an exciting and fast paced role, which means you’ll need:
- Customer service experience (this is a must!)
- Experience taking calls in a busy contact centre environment (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- The ability to work across multiple systems
- Willingness to learn, and ability to meet output and quality KPI’s and competencies
- It’ll also be an advantage if you have insurance and/or experience in complex customer-focused roles
- You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role
The salary package for this role is $89,544 (inclusive of super)
