Nowthen Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service
The key role as the Front Desk Receptionist is to answer the phones and assist the callers with their needs or transfer to the appropriate person and provide excellent customer service. This position will also focus on helping residents and other visitors who come into the office at the front desk with their needs, questions, complaints, permit payments, burn permits, facilities reservations, collection of fees for recycling, and other miscellaneous duties. The Front Desk Receptionist will also help the Administrative Assistant prepare Resolutions and other appropriate documents and policies for the City Council Meetings, help prepare and process executed Resolutions for each department, contractors, etc. as well as other miscellaneous responsibilities as needed.
