Job Description
An insurance provider in the Charlotte, NC area is looking for a hybrid Operations Analyst/Data Entry Specialist to be responsible for supporting production and close activities, preparing spreadsheets, and performing various system testing activities as this company moves from Insurity to Guidewire.
Perform production and close activities including uploading and reconciling data files.
Prepare Excel files.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems.
Assist with the preparation of documentation of processes
Perform data analysis
Data entry
Maintain electronic files in ImageRight or SharePoint
Provides continuous progress and status reporting
Effectively applies Company methodology and enforces project standards

Skills And Requirements
2+ years experience within operations/data entry
Experience with data entry/testing systems
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Strong excel experience
Insurance, Claims and/or Finance experience Insurance software solutions experience
Insurance experience specifically in Property & Casualty
Some college preferred
UAT Testing experience
Insurance experience specifically in Property & Casualty
Experience with Guidewire or Insurity null
