Role Description
We're looking for a Customer Support to join our team.

You'll be the voice of the product, guiding users, resolving issues, and surfacing feedback to improve the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and thoughtful support via live chat and email
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
  • Track and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure resolution
  • Maintain and improve our Help Center documentation
  • Identify and escalate common pain points to the product team
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to relay user feedback
  • Help onboard new users and ensure a smooth first experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or user success role (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Excellent written English and clear communication skills
  • Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable using support tools like Intercom, HelpScout, or similar
  • Basic familiarity with UX/UI tools or design processes is a plus

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting AI or design-related products
  • Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience
  • Ability to interpret and report recurring issues using product analytics tools
