Role Description
We're looking for a Customer Support to join our team.
You'll be the voice of the product, guiding users, resolving issues, and surfacing feedback to improve the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and thoughtful support via live chat and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
- Track and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure resolution
- Maintain and improve our Help Center documentation
- Identify and escalate common pain points to the product team
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to relay user feedback
- Help onboard new users and ensure a smooth first experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or user success role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Excellent written English and clear communication skills
- Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using support tools like Intercom, HelpScout, or similar
- Basic familiarity with UX/UI tools or design processes is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting AI or design-related products
- Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience
- Ability to interpret and report recurring issues using product analytics tools
