In this dynamic role, you'll:
✅ Support B2B and D2C customers
✅ Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from quoting to delivery, with precision and care
✅ Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed to ensure fast resolution
✅Drive process improvements and manage impactful projects
✅ Deliver on-brand, high-quality service that makes a difference

👤 Who You Are:
