To Facilitate The Achievement Of Strategy By

  • Exceeding all customer expectations, and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Providing valuable customer feedback to businesses to assist with operational improvements
  • Answer all inbound calls delivered to soft phone
  • Take direction from Team Leader of a daily basis

Principal Responsibilities

Receive and action inbound calls
  • Action administrative tasks
  • Receive and assign or reply to customer emails
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Team Leader
  • Outbound calls to existing customers to resolve their equiry or update them on their order
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to Team Leader or Contact Centre Manager
  • Alert Team Leaders to any impediments to campaign or operational deliverables
  • Exceed all customers expectations and deliver a high level of customer service to all customers
  • Actively participate in Team Meetings

  • Ability to identify and areas of improvement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
