- Exceeding all customer expectations, and delivering a high level of customer service
- Providing valuable customer feedback to businesses to assist with operational improvements
- Answer all inbound calls delivered to soft phone
- Take direction from Team Leader of a daily basis
Principal Responsibilities
Receive and action inbound calls
- Action administrative tasks
- Receive and assign or reply to customer emails
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Team Leader
- Outbound calls to existing customers to resolve their equiry or update them on their order
- Provide valuable customer feedback to Team Leader or Contact Centre Manager
- Alert Team Leaders to any impediments to campaign or operational deliverables
- Exceed all customers expectations and deliver a high level of customer service to all customers
- Actively participate in Team Meetings
