Position: Customer Service
Location: Oklahoma City
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (possible overtime)
Overview
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a great team. In this role, you will support the Customer Service department by handling calls, assisting customers, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly assistance to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and direct calls as needed
- Perform general administrative duties to support the department
- Maintain accurate records and update information systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Compensation & Schedule
- $15/hour
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime may be available
