What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding overdue accounts
- Utilize problem-solving skills to find customer-specific solutions
- Analyze accounts and negotiate payment/settlement arrangements
- Provide top-tier customer service through professional communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer service/sales experience in a high-volume contact center (Required)
- A strong work ethic and commitment to attendance & performance
- Computer proficiency with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
