Overview
Avalara's GoLive team is looking for a Program Manager to support customer engagement and improvement programs. This role will gain experience with building out a project plan, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that build a cycle of continuous improvement, and working across stakeholder groups. The role will focus on improving customer experience, including leading initiatives that build customer satisfaction. Come join this exciting team!
This internship is structured as a remote opportunity and includes an exciting in-person event during the program for a dynamic and well-rounded experience.
Our 2024 Summer Internship Program will have two sessions, each 12 weeks in duration:
- May 20th to August 9th, 2024
- June 17th to September 6th, 2024
We kindly request that internship participants commit to the full duration of the agreed-upon session.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
- An interest in program, product, technology, or business management.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about how to solve problems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail, passion for strategic thinking and problem solving.
Qualifications
- In process of completing a Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills: ability to diagnose improvement opportunities and clearly articulate solutions.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
Compensation [Hourly]
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Colorado: $25.00 - $30.00
Washington: $25.00 - $30.00
California: $25.00 - $30.00
NYC: $25.00 - $30.00
