Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will process financial transactions accurately, connect with customers, and provide tailored banking solutions. You will be a champion for customer needs, ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.

Key Responsibilities
Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions while handling confidential matters
Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary
Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time
Provide clear advice to customers on banking solutions and processes
Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment by collaborating effectively with the team
Respect colleagues, stay dedicated, and provide updates on routine activities
Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer experience and operational excellence

Job Requirements
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to remain calm and courteous
