Role Overview
Customer Experience Associates are people-focused and connect with customers in a relatable way. As an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch Network, you will provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  • Taking a proactive approach to discover customers’ needs and truly listening to them

  • Processing day-to-day banking transactions

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

  • Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities

  • Acting as a technology expert, introducing customers to mobile banking tools and helping them manage their banking needs
