Summary

Report to Contact Centre Supervisor

Handle customer contacts through voice, email, and chat
-
Provide exceptional service to drive brand loyalty and create memorable experiences
-
Resolve post-sale issues, product questions, and service concerns
-
Use multiple systems, programs, and resources to assist customers
-
Empowered to make solutions beyond standard processes with professionalism and empathy
Responsibilities

Manage all customer contact procedures and meet performance targets
-
Handle inquiries about orders, returns, damaged products, shipping, billing, and promotions
-
Convert opportunities into sales by suggesting products and upselling
-
Use negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve dissatisfaction
-
Research and stay updated on promotions, processes, and policies
-
Utilize coaching and feedback to improve performance
-
Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
-
Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and web navigation knowledge
-
Comfortable working in a sedentary, computer-based environment
-
Strong written, verbal, and multi-channel communication skills
-
Ability to interpret and manage challenging situations
-
Capable of working independently and in a team
-
Valid Canadian Firearm Possession & Acquisition License (PAL) is an asset
