Metricon Homes, Australia’s largest home builder, is seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our high-performing Queensland Marketing Team at our Robina office.
In this role, you’ll lead brand execution for Freedom, Designer, and Signature by Metricon, as well as our customer retail experience, Studio M. You will bring campaigns to life across multiple channels—from digital to in-person—ensuring every touchpoint is strategic, impactful, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of brand execution, ensuring every campaign and interaction is on-brand, accurate, and compliant.

Partner with the Senior Creative to develop campaign messaging, creative direction, and brand storytelling that resonate with target audiences.

Lead high-impact campaigns across digital, print, retail, and in-person channels that inspire, connect, and convert.

Deliver campaigns and initiatives that directly drive qualified leads, website traffic, and display home visits.

Champion the brand from concept to flawless execution, driving engagement and results.

Oversee content and collateral tailored to audience needs, ensuring clarity, relevance, and consistency.

Monitor and refine advertising messages, media mix, and spend allocation to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI.

Track campaign and brand performance, using insights to refine and optimise for greater impact.
