We’re now seeking a Brand Manager to take the reins across both brands, bringing campaigns to life and connecting with drinkers in authentic, meaningful ways.
Key Accountabilities
Own the day-to-day brand management of both brands to drive visibility and salience in market. Lead integrated marketing campaigns and guide agency partners across creative, media, and strategy. Bring sponsorships and events to life, creating high-impact, culturally relevant moments. Support NPD and portfolio work, including the gate process and product lifecycle planning. Support digital strategy across social, eCommerce, and owned platforms in collaboration with the Assistant Brand Manager. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including trade marketing, insights, innovation, and sales. Track brand health and campaign performance, using insights to inform future planning and investment.
About You
Proven experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG or alcoholic beverages. Strong executional skills across campaign management, digital, and sponsorships. Experience managing creative and media agencies, with a sharp eye for messaging and tone. Ability to work across multiple workstreams in an agile team environment. A proactive, adaptable mindset—confident navigating change and building structure in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally. Bonus: experience in NPD or portfolio management, or exposure to the gate process.
